Dr. Diana Collins, is a physician who specializes in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry, is the owner and operator of Diana Collins, M.D., P.A. Her practice is located in Sugar Land, Texas just outside of Houston. Dr. Collins with her experience has successfully treated many patients with autism and along the spectrum. She also treats the adult population and families. Dr. Collins is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in 1992, finished her residency in General Psychiatry in 1995, completed a Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Dr. Diana Collins has been involved in community and Non-Profit Organizations with her service to the Mental Health Association of Fort Bend County in an Advisory capacity and as a Speaker at various opportunities. She was instrumental in the DAT Board of Directors comprised of Mental Health Professionals for new legislation headed by State Representative Rick Miller. She also this year was a Chair for The Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels Program. She Also has supported and sponsored the

Fort Bend Education Foundation, Access Health of Fort Bend, Books Between Kids, The Knile Center and Houston 20. Also included is the Fort Bend Community Partners, Children At Risk,

Animals on Wheels, Greater Houston Community Foundation, Fort Bend County Museum, Houston Women's Home, Fort Bend Pets Alive and Miss Chinatown Scholarship Pageant Platinum Sponsor.

*Outstanding Psychiatry Teacher Awarded by The University of Texas Medical Class of 1994.

 

*Outstanding Psychiatry Teacher Awarded by The University of Texas Medical Class of 1995.

 

*William Sorum Award, awarded by the American Psychiatric Association Area V, 1996 *Chief Resident of Department of Child Psychiatry, 1996-1997 and was voted as The Most Outstanding Psychiatrist, Reader's Choice Award of Fort Bend County 2018-2019 by Living Magazine.

* Medical Editor for CKW Luxe Magazine.

* Advisory Board Member for Kids Meals.
